They have a variety of wash options, but I chose the deluxe package, which included a thorough wash, nail trimming, and even a nice spritz of doggy cologne! My dog's coat has never looked shinier. The only minor feedback I have is that it would be great to have more grooming products available for purchase, as I’m always looking for quality items to use at home. What a gem of a place! I recently took my golden retriever here for a wash and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and clearly loved dogs. They set us up in a spacious washing area that was well-equipped with everything needed, including gentle shampoos and conditioners tailored for different fur types. My dog seemed relaxed and happy throughout the process, which is saying a lot, as he's not usually a fan of baths! I was especially impressed with how they handle the drying process—no loud dryers that scare the pups. The only thing I’d suggest is perhaps scheduling appointments to avoid waiting during busier times. Overall, the service was exceptional, and I’ll definitely be coming back for regular washes and maybe even some grooming!

This place is a lifesaver! I took my dog here last week, and I’m so glad I did! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they really took the time to understand my pet’s needs. The wash was thorough, and they even offered a conditioning treatment that left my dog’s fur unbelievably soft. The only drawback was the wait time, as I didn’t realize it would be busy on a Saturday. It would be helpful if they could implement a ticket system or have an online check-in to streamline things. Overall, I definitely recommend this place for any dog owner looking for a great wash experience!

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received! I brought my little terrier mix in for a wash, and the staff was so patient and loving with him. They took their time and made sure he felt comfortable, which I really appreciated. I opted for the self-service wash option, and it was such a fun experience! They provided all the tools I needed, including a variety of shampoos and soft towels. It was nice to engage in the process myself, and I felt like I was getting to bond with my pup in a new way. The only constructive feedback I'd have is to perhaps add some more breed-specific products for different fur types, but everything I used worked well. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and my dog looked amazing. I can't wait to bring him back next month!
